Chelsey brings more than 20 years of business ownership and leadership experience to the board. She is the owner of American Air Heating & Air Conditioning, a woman-owned HVAC company based in Northern Colorado. Through her leadership, the company has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer care. Chelsey has successfully navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship while building a team and culture focused on service, accountability, and long-term growth.

Her connection to Health4Heroes goes beyond her role on the board.
