Born in Buffalo, NY in 1985 and raised in Pennsylvania, Jacob’s early years were shaped by discipline, grit, and a strong love for competition—both on and off the field. That foundation led him to the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he played for the Army Black Knights football team and learned firsthand what it means to lead from the front.

Following graduation, Jacob dedicated 20 years of service to the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer—a career defined by high-stakes decisions, deep trust in his team, and staying calm when it mattered most. After a medical retirement, he carried that same mindset forward into a new mission: helping others perform at their best.

Now based in Fort Collins, Jacob co-owns and operates Gameday Men’s Health, where he is passionate about helping men restore their energy, confidence, and edge in life.

At the center of it all, Jacob has been married to his wife Regina for 13 years and is a proud father to a 10-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter who keep life busy, fun, and grounded. Whether it’s service, business, or family, he continues to live by the same standard: show up, do the work, and take care of your people.
