Liliana has lived in Larimer county for nearly 10 years since moving from the Northeast, and has been hiking ever since. She lives with her husband, a firefighter, and 2 young daughters.

She loves strength training, cycling, baking healthy treats and playing with her kids and Aussie’s. She's worked in the health and fitness field for the past 20 years, running a medical massage practice and gym, and is now starting a new career in real estate. As an entrepreneur, she is driven and independent. She became a stay at home mom during COVID, which was also around the same time her husband became a full time firefighter. Suddenly, her ability to express independence was gone as she was tasked with supporting her family. Hiking became her sole outlet for stress and to maintain her mental health. The mountains are her church! Now, she wants to share her love of the healing outdoors with more people.
