Sarah and her family joined Health4Heroes in 2022. Since that time, her family has embraced
countless opportunities the organization provides, from running races to conquering whitewater
rapids.
The Vrem family is the epitome of service and dedication, with three EMTs, one fire service
Lieutenant, a spirited teenager, and Sarah herself, lovingly known as the "chaos coordinator."
Driven by a passion to uplift and support others, Sarah actively engages with Health4Heroes
members, offering encouragement and resources to ensure every family feels seen and
supported. She believes in spreading the mission's purpose, striving to show other first
responder and military families that they belong-whether they are spouses, heroes, or family
members.
Sarah emphasizes that the strength and well-being of the entire family unit are vital and that
organizations like Health4Heroes are instrumental in fostering resilience, connection, and
community for those who dedicate their lives to service.
