Business Description: We are a Functional Group Fitness Center that specializes in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The “F” stands for “Functional Fitness” and the “45” represents the 45 minutes, the time span of each weekday class.

What would you like people to know about your business?
We are a community-driven gym. We meet our members on their fitness level. You do not have to think about a workout routine. Just show up, put in the work, and let us take care of the rest.
What makes you unique?
The workouts change every day, and we alternate between strength and cardio. No two workouts are the same and our layout and design are extremely adaptable to changing fitness trends. All of our trainers are nationally certified and we have two trainers on staff at all times to facilitate the workouts. It is semi-one-on-one training but in a group-style atmosphere. Most classes range from 20-30 people at a time. We are confident in what we do and are result-driven.
Do you have any special offers, events, product launches you’d like us to share?
For local residents, we are currently running 7 days for $7.
Why are you interested in helping Military and First Responders? (Do you have a connection to the Military and/or First Responders?)
Supporting Military and First Responders has always been near and dear to my heart. I personally have not served, but have several friends and family that have.
F45 started a program called VIP45 (Veterans Impact Program) which is an approved Department of Defense Skillbridge Program. It is an internship program that provides a path for military personnel to adapt back into civilian life through health and fitness. It is truly a win-win for me to support this program. I am getting an individual who has not only served our country but also has a good work ethic with a passion for fitness.
What got you connected with Health4Heroes?
I met Nick at Hero Fest. I felt it was a natural connection that I had been looking for.

I would absolutely recommend getting involved with Health4Heroes.
